B-K’s cloakroom is open during most of our opening hours where you’ll be able to check in your bag or other belongings.

Age restrictions are decided on a case to case basis, please read more about the specific event you wish to attend for more information.

You’ll find tickets to our upcoming events on the calendar page. There are a lot of fake tickets being sold online. We do not take responsibility for tickets that are purchased second hand. You will find trustable links here on our website.

Email lostandfound@b-k.se with a detailed description of your lost item and a member of our team will contact you within two working days. You must book an appointment to collect your item, the lost and found is not staffed during the weekends.

B-K's opening hours vary depending on what’s on. Opening hours and general information for specific dates can be found on the calendar page or at B-K’s social media.

There’s no need to go hungry at B-K. We always serve food during opening hours at B-K. If you’re going to a concert at B-K you’ll have the option of some delish street food vendors.
